Revocation of Manuscript

Articles published in the Jurnal Studi Hukum Pidana will be considered retracted if: (1) they contain clear evidence of unreliability, either as a result of errors (e.g., data fabrication) or honest mistakes (e.g., computational errors or experimental errors); (2) the findings have been previously published elsewhere without proper cross-referencing, permission, or justification (a case of redundant publication); (3) they constitute plagiarism; and/or (4) they report unethical research.

The retraction procedure follows the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) Retraction Guidelines, which can be accessed at https://publicationethics.org/files/retraction%20guidelines.pdf.
